This modest 1960's Beachcomber home underwent major renovations, stripping it back to its bones, extending out into the yard and closing in underneath to create a double carport and usable entertaining space. 

We maintained the classic horizontal form of the modernist Beachcomber design, whilst bringing it into the 21st Century.
