"Being first-time renovators, my wife and I were a little nervous about how the build would unfold.

Mitch’s knowledge and communication skills kept us calm and informed throughout the process.

The attention to detail, professionalism and reliability shown by all of the Baily Constructions staff was outstanding.

Mitch was also able to suggest more cost-effective options in several areas during the project which helped us stay under budget.

We will definitely be asking Baily Constructions to undertake any building projects for us in the future.”
